Parkinson's Voice Screening
Clinical ML from Acoustic Features
Binary classification of Parkinson's patients vs healthy controls from sustained vowel recordings (n=81). Extracted 167 acoustic features (MFCCs, jitter/shimmer, spectral contrast) across 4 classifier families; LR odds ratios, Hosmer-Lemeshow calibration, and Youden's J threshold optimization for clinical interpretability.
WIEIAD Risk Scoring
Multimodal ED Pipeline (in progress)
Multimodal pipeline scoring 'What I Eat in a Day' TikToks for eating disorder risk markers. Combines Whisper transcripts, OCR calorie extraction, CLIP frame classification, and LLM rubric scoring across 8 EAT-26–informed dimensions. First automated NLP/CV approach to WIEIAD content.
